• 6pm Doors open, no-host cocktail hour begins
• 7pm Dinner and awards presentation
• 10pm End of show

Buffet Menu:

• Italian-style pasta (gluten free and regular noodles)
• Choice of beef bolognese, vegetarian marinara, classic alfredo, or puttanesca sauce
• Balsalmic green salad
• Grilled baguette
• Water, coffee, and iced tea
